Description
This sub-subseries contains photocopied and printed maps produced in the pursuit of a base map and basic mapping procedure for 'The Linguistic Atlas of England' (LAE). It includes photocopied maps from other publications and experimental maps; photocopied blank draft base maps; blank LAE base maps; transparent and photocopied experimental word maps; transparent experimental maps completed in Letraset; and over-sized experimental and LAE base maps.
