Description
The 3-line initial 'V' is decorated with a coat of arms: blue (azure) chevron on a black (sable) field, with three unidentified charges. Bar-frame border of gold and blue/rose vine, decorated with diamond motifs, heart motifs, trumpet flowers, leaves, and gold balls with green pen squiggles.
