"Gypsy Caravan"
Description
Copy of a photograph taken around 1937 of a brightly painted traditional Gypsy Traveller caravan, drawn along the road by two horses led by a man, in Hungerford (Berkshire). Two children can be seen inside the caravan; a second caravan is visible behind. Mounted on Photo File card. With ms. note, Originally held in Photo File: Gypsies.
