To Be and Other Grammar
Description
This sub-subseries consists of grammatical data recorded in ms. phonetic script on specially printed editorial sheets, apparently as part of the post-fieldwork collation of Survey of English Dialects (SED) data. The data recorded includes pronouns, parts of the verb to be, parts and usage of other verbs, phrase construction and pronunciation of particular word forms. Each recording includes a reference to the SED question number from which the data originated. Individual localities are recorded on separate sheets.
