Institute Open Day Exhibition Captions
Description
The captions in this file accompanied the photographs exhibited at a University of Leeds Open Day in November 1978 (see LAVC/ARC/4/3). They include original typescript versions, describing both the scope of the research undertaken by overseas students at the Institute of Dialect and Folk Life Studies, and the individual photographs displayed. The file also contains final typeset versions (photocopies and printed on card mounts), produced by the University of Leeds' Photographic Service from the original typescripts.
