Birds and flowers (fol. 1r)
Description
The gold-wash border is decorated with pinks, borage, strawberries, buttercups, forgetmenot, lungwort (?), periwinkle, beetles, birds, ladybirds and a butterfly. 11-line foliate initial 'H' formed of curved acanthus leaves in various colours. Context: Prayers: Heu mihi infelix anima in tantis peccatis
