Description
Initial 'H' encloses the scene of the prophet Nahum, depicted with a halo, standing in front of the city of Nineveh, announcing its fall. Two ornamental initials 'N' are decorated with foliage, and with a dragon and an animal head, respectively. Context: Nahum
