This subseries includes notes created by Brunk during his studies at the Institute of Dialect and Folklore Research at Uppsala, Sweden; and ms. and typed lecture and tutorial notes, and handouts, used by Brunk whilst Assistant Lecturer at the Institute of Dialect and Folk Life Studies (IDFLS) at Leeds. Brunk appears to have been involved in the teaching of second- and third-year undergraduates at the IDFLS.
