Description
A print of a portrait by G.T. Payne after H. Winterhalter, published by S. Hollyer of 89 Chancery Lane, London. The sitter has dark curly hair and holds a flower in their proper right hand. Mounted on board with the following inscription on the reverse: 'To my dearest Molly on her Birth-day June 22nd 1843 From her loving husband C. Cowden Clarke'.
