Description
Mr. Tom Varley laying the first throughs across a dry stone wall at the height of around two feet from the ground, to bind the two wall faces together ( Ribblesdale). He is repairing a large gap in an old wall with stones available from the collapsed section. Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P0945. With typed note. Card 1 in a series of 5.
