Villages
Description
This subseries, comprising one file, contains a two-part article by John Cornforth on the village of Old Deerfield, Massachusetts, extracted from 'Country Life' magazine (22 July 1971, pp. 214-217, and 29 July 1971, pp. 272-275). The village has numerous 18th-century houses, and was the subject of a long-term preservation project.
