Description
Dodecahedral shape. Bust of George VI, facing right, with legend GEORGIVS VI D: G: REX ET IND: IMP: Capital V in centre, upon which a flaming torch is super imposed, with a maple leaf either side. 19 45 either side of torche; CANADA above; CENTS below. The V stood for Victory (in the Second World War) as well as for 5, the denomination.
