Description
Folklore surveys and research exercises undertaken by students at the Institute of Dialect and Folk Life Studies (IDFLS). The topics covered include a study of children's play in Leeds; a survey of folklore in Goathland (North Yorkshire); and a report on a survey of bonfires in England in the early twentieth century.
