Striking a Bargain
Description
Farmers Syd Metcalfe and John Richardson negotiating the sale of a cow outside a farm in Thornton Rust ( Wensleydale). Mr. Richardson continues the haggling. The hand gestures of the two men suggest that they are about to strike a bargain. Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P1596.
